Rebecca has 20 years experience in Executive Operational roles internationally, she has been located in the Middle East for 12 years and prior to that, in the UK.  She has a passion for supporting start-up companies, and has worked with many top-tier C-Suite Executives, start-up teams and individuals in their quest, from initiation to set-up and then full operation, in the region.  She has further trained as an Executive Coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching and is accredited by EMCC.

Rebecca brings a wealth of experience in growing businesses and working with Leaders in many different industries, namely Oil & Gas, Hospitality, Trading and most recently Financial Services.  She brings with her an abundance of on-the-ground knowledge and experience, as well as an Honours degree in Corporate Communication, where her passion for Workplace, Leaders and Employee engagement, motivation and morale, stems from.
